“It was eye-opening, the most interesting mission trip I’ve been on!” Senior John Wander, who partook in going on the Arizona Mission Trip on February 14-18 in Tuscan Arizona.

Students may not be aware that not all mission trips focus on the service. For example, the Arizona mission trip was, “More education than service driven, we learned about immigration throughout the U.S. and into Mexico.”

Why should students apply for mission trips? “It’s a great way to meet new people and learn about things that go on in our society that people don’t know about and have the opportunity to help those in need.” John Wander “highly” recommends applying for a mission trip if students are able. “They will have a good time and it’s a great way to get involved in the TG mission community.”
