On Monday May 23rd the Totino-Grace Eagles lacrosse team played Irondale high school at TG. The Eagles won 9-8 in a two part game as the game was delayed half way through due to lightning. The Eagles also played Osseo-Park Center on Thursday and lost in an very close game 7-6 with a controversial call at the end that could have tied the game for the Eagles.

As the seniors played their last game at home the seniors took some time to think about past memories about the lacrosse team.

“I’m going to miss all the guys. It was always fun hanging out before games and winning with them was the best.” – Connor Mullen

“It’s going to be sort of weird not playing again at home. I don’t really think its sunk in yet that I won’t ever play here again.” – Hayden Lacy

“For sure it’s going to be winning with all my teammates that I’ll miss.” -Sam Ruzyinski
