Ricky Embers Review

Do you want a great place to grab a French toast breakfast at any time of the day? If so, then Ricky Embers is the place for you!

Ricky Embers is a small family owned restaurant in Fridley, only 2 minutes away from school conveniently located off Central Ave.

I ordered the French toast combo with 2 eggs, 2 sausage sliders and 2 strips of bacon.  The French toast is double dipped so it will melt in your mouth with a milky buttery taste. The sausage is crispy on the edges and tastes even better if you decide to dip it in a little bit of Ricky Embers Syrup. The eggs were very average with not a lot of flavor. I suggest adding salt on the eggs to give them more taste.

My wait time was 13 minutes. You won’t be waiting long for your food and the servers were great refilling your drink.

The prices are very reasonable for a teenager who doesn’t want to spend their money at a sit down restaurant.  The prices range from $10-$13 for a full meal.

The only negative thing about Ricky Embers is the noise. Given it is a small diner, when it’s full, it can get really rowdy inside making it hard to hear the waitresses.

I guarantee making a stop at Ricky’s on a late start day or after a Saturday morning practice will have you wanting to go back.
